What Happens Next?

1
We'll Review Your Submission

Usually takes us a day or two to look over what you've sent and figure out who on the team should handle it.

2
Initial Conversation

We'll reach out for a quick chat - phone or in-person, whatever works better. No commitment, just getting to know your project.

3
Proposal & Timeline

If we're a good fit, we'll put together a straightforward proposal with scope, timeline, and costs. Everything transparent from the start.

Questions We Get Asked A Lot

Nope, first meeting's on us. We think it's important to sit down without the meter running and see if we're the right fit for your project. Usually takes about an hour.

Honestly, it varies a ton depending on the scope. Small residential renos might be 2-3 months from sketch to construction drawings. Larger commercial projects can run 6-12 months. We'll give you a realistic timeline during our first chat.

Yeah, we've done projects across Ontario and occasionally beyond. For stuff outside the GTA, we just factor in travel time and expenses. If it's a solid project and you're good to work with, distance isn't usually a dealbreaker.

Absolutely - that's actually a big part of what we do. We'll handle all the permit applications, building code compliance, and dealing with the city. Takes a lot of headache out of the process for you.

That's totally fine - actually, it's often better to get us involved early. We can help you think through the possibilities before you get too committed to any particular direction. Saves time and money in the long run.
