Look, we're architects, not data miners. We only grab what we actually need to work with you or respond to your inquiries. When you reach out through our contact form or email us directly, we'll collect basics like your name, email, phone number, and whatever details you share about your project.
If you're browsing our site, we might collect some standard web stuff through cookies - things like what pages you visit, how long you stick around, and what kind of device you're using. Nothing creepy, just the usual analytics to help us make the site better.
We use your information to actually do our jobs - responding to your inquiries, discussing potential projects, sending you proposals, and keeping you updated on work we're doing together. Pretty straightforward.

Occasionally, we need to share info with consultants, engineers, or contractors we're working with on your project. That's just how architecture works - it's collaborative. But we only share what's necessary and make sure they're keeping things confidential too.
For active projects, we'll keep your data as long as we're working together plus whatever time Canadian regulations require us to maintain records (usually around seven years for architectural documentation). After that? We'll either delete it or anonymize it so it can't be traced back to you.
If you contacted us but we never ended up working together, we'll typically keep that initial correspondence for about two years, just in case you circle back around.
Here's the deal - it's your data, and you've got rights. You can ask us what info we have on you, request corrections if something's wrong, or tell us to delete it (unless we're legally required to keep it). You can also tell us to stop processing your data or object to how we're using it.
Want to take your data and move it somewhere else? That's cool too - just let us know and we'll get you a copy in a format you can use.
